A steady ABS light usually means the system has logged a fault and disabled itself.
Most often it’s a dirty or damaged wheel speed sensor, but wiring and the ABS module deserve a quick check too.
What the light is telling you
On a TANK 300, a steady ABS warning light almost always means the ABS module has detected a fault and switched the system off to protect itself. The good news is that your normal hydraulic brakes still work, so you're not brakeless. The bad news is that ABS and often stability control are offline, so you should drive gently and get it scanned soon. If the light is flashing, the red brake light is also on, or the pedal feels strange, stop and get help rather than continuing.
